These terms and conditions describe the basis on which Kaevo offers its workshops, training series, and corporate training programmes. By submitting an enquiry, confirming a booking, or attending a session, you agree to these terms. Please read them before proceeding.

1. About Kaevo

Kaevo is a workshop and training provider operating from Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia. Our programmes cover machine learning hardware concepts and are intended for individual learners, developers, and organisational teams. We can be contacted at:

2. Programmes Offered

Kaevo currently offers three programme types:

• Introductory Workshop — a one-day session covering foundational ML hardware concepts. Priced at RM 480 per participant.
• Applied Skills Series — a multi-week series building practical familiarity with hardware behaviour and workload reasoning. Priced at RM 1,950 per participant.
• Corporate Training Package — a custom multi-session engagement tailored to an organisation's team and learning goals. Priced at RM 4,650 per engagement.

Programme details, scope, and scheduling are described on our website and confirmed at the time of booking. Kaevo reserves the right to update programme content, structure, or pricing with reasonable notice.

3. Bookings and Confirmation

Bookings are accepted by submitting an enquiry via our website contact form or by reaching us directly by phone or email. A booking is confirmed only when Kaevo has acknowledged it in writing (email) and any applicable deposit or full payment has been received.

For the Corporate Training Package, confirmation follows an agreed scope discussion between Kaevo and the client organisation.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are as follows:

• Introductory Workshop: full fee due at confirmation.
• Applied Skills Series: full fee due at confirmation, or by arrangement prior to the first session.
• Corporate Training Package: payment schedule agreed at the time of scope confirmation; typically a deposit on confirmation and balance before delivery commences.

Accepted payment methods are communicated at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Our cancellation terms are:

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before a scheduled session: full refund, less any bank or transfer charges.
• Cancellations made 7–13 days before a session: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before a session: no refund, but the place may be transferred to another individual with prior notice.
• Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where capacity allows and will not attract an additional fee if made at least 7 days before the original session.

For Corporate Training Packages, cancellation and rescheduling terms are agreed individually at the time of scope confirmation.

6. Changes by Kaevo

If Kaevo needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to circumstances outside our control (such as venue issues, facilitator unavailability, or events of force majeure), we will notify participants as promptly as possible and offer either a rescheduled date or a full refund. Kaevo's liability in such circumstances is limited to the fee paid.

7. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and other attendees. Kaevo reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a session if their conduct is disruptive or inappropriate, without obligation to refund the fee in such circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, reference notes, slide decks, and handbooks provided by Kaevo are for the personal use of registered participants only. They may not be reproduced, shared publicly, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Kaevo.

For Corporate Training Packages, the reference handbook provided is for the use of the client organisation's staff only, subject to the same restrictions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kaevo's workshops are educational in nature. We do not make representations about outcomes, career progression, or the performance of any hardware system discussed. Participation in our programmes is at the participant's own discretion.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Kaevo's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fee paid for the relevant programme.

10. Website Use

Our website is provided for information and enquiry purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date, but do not warrant that all information is current or complete at all times. Use of this website is at your own discretion.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms or from Kaevo's services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or submission of a booking enquiry after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
